Nộm Hoa Chuối/Banana Flower Salad:
A special appetizer from fresh Banana flowers, vegetables, and herbs.

Bún Chả/ Obama Noodles – BBQ (Pork) with Dipping Sauce:
Sweet and sour dipping sauce with flavorsome marinated pork, Chef Anthony Bourdain and the Former President of the USA – Mr. Barack Obama enjoyed them!

Nem/ Vietnamese Fried Spring-rolls:
Nem and Bun Cha will be the best combination for you to feel the sound of crispy rolls and taste the full flavor of fresh meat or tofu, mushrooms, vegetables dipped in sweet and sour sauce.

Cafe Trứng/ Egg Coffee (or Chocolate):
Egg yolks, condensed milk, honey – altogether in creamy custard floating on Vietnamese black coffee/ chocolate. (or another dessert for vegan)

Cancellation policy for deposited Tours:
- If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded
- If you are a “no-show” on the morning of the trip, for whatever reason, you will lose your deposit

Cancellation policy for full charged Tours:
- Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: no refund

* Flight delayed, food poisoning, getting sick unable to attend tour. Under those circumstances, we agree to reschedule your start date with an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost
* The refund is done using the same payment method. In the event of credit cards which are charged monthly, the amount shall be credited at the end of the current invoicing period. The exact time of the refund depends on the user’s credit card agreement. The refund by bank transfer shall be done within seven bank working days.
