1. Booking Policy
All bookings must be made at least 7 days before the intended departure date. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the tour, with the remaining balance paid no later than 3 days before departure. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation. Availability is subject to change based on partner arrangements.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policy for deposited Tours:
– If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded
– If you are a “no-show” on the morning of the trip, for whatever reason, you will lose your deposit
Cancellation policy for full charged Tours:
– Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: 50% refund
– Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: no refund
3. Tour Amendment Policy
Customers may request changes to their tour itinerary, and we will do our best to accommodate these requests. Amendments made more than 7 days before departure are generally free of charge. Any changes within 7 days may incur additional costs depending on our service providers. VJ Links reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Travel Insurance Policy
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure. Insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations or delays, lost luggage, and unexpected incidents. Customers may choose to use our recommended insurance partners or a provider of their choice. Insurance protects your trip and ensures peace of mind during your journey.
5. Customer Service Policy
Each tour group is assigned a dedicated travel consultant to provide support before and during the trip. Our customer service team is available 24/7 while tours are in progress. We aim to respond to all inquiries and concerns within 3 business days. We value your feedback and use it to continually improve our services.

7. Car Rental & Airport Pickup Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before 3:00 PM on the previous day: No charge.
Cancellation after 3:00 PM on the previous day but at least 4 working hours before service start: Partial charge applies.
Cancellation at service start time or no-show: Full charge applies.
