Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made at least 15 days before the intended departure date. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the tour, with the remaining balance paid no later than 7 days before departure. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation. Availability is subject to change based on partner arrangements.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation, we offer partial refunds depending on how far in advance the cancellation occurs. Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to departure are eligible for a 90% refund. Cancellations within 8–14 days receive a 50% refund, while no refunds are given for cancellations made less than 7 days before departure or for no-shows. All refunds are processed within 10 working days.

3. Tour Amendment Policy

Customers may request changes to their tour itinerary, and we will do our best to accommodate these requests. Amendments made more than 10 days before departure are generally free of charge. Any changes within 10 days may incur additional costs depending on our service providers. VJ Links reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Travel Insurance Policy

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure. Insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations or delays, lost luggage, and unexpected incidents. Customers may choose to use our recommended insurance partners or a provider of their choice. Insurance protects your trip and ensures peace of mind during your journey.

5. Visa Support Policy

VJ Links offers professional visa support services for all destinations in our tour portfolio. Our team provides guidance on required documents and submission timelines. While we assist throughout the process, visa approval remains at the discretion of the issuing embassy or consulate. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information.

6. Customer Service Policy

Each tour group is assigned a dedicated travel consultant to provide support before and during the trip. Our customer service team is available 24/7 while tours are in progress. We aim to respond to all inquiries and concerns within 3 business days. We value your feedback and use it to continually improve our services.
