  • Option 1: 4 hours / 50 km (City or Out-of-City)

  • Option 2: 5 hours / 100 km (City or Out-of-City)

  • Option 3: 8 hours / 100 km (City or Out-of-City)

1. Booking and Confirmation

• All services must be booked in advance through VJ Links’ official communication channels (website, hotline, or authorized representative).

2. Service Inclusions

Unless otherwise stated, service fees include:

• Professional driver

• Fuel

• Insurance

• Vehicle maintenance and operating costs

Additional services (tolls, waiting time, extra kilometers, parking fees, or special requests) may incur extra charges.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate information when booking.

• Ensure personal belongings are not left inside the vehicle.

• Respect the rules regarding food, drinks, smoking, and luggage capacity.

VJ Links is not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten items.

4. Safety and Compliance

• Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

• Children under legal age/height must use appropriate child seats (upon request, subject to availability).

• For safety reasons, drivers reserve the right to decline unsafe requests (ex: illegal routes, dangerous stops, exceeding vehicle limits).

5. Modification & Cancellation Policy

• Any change or cancellation must be notified within the allowed time frame under VJ Links’ cancellation policy.

6. Service Refusal

VJ Links may refuse service in cases of:

• Abusive or inappropriate behavior

• Illegal activities

• Operating under influence (alcohol/drugs)

• Failure to comply with regulations

7. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using any service provided by VJ Links, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and agrees to comply with all regulations.
